Anglican Catholic Church (ACC)  The name was adopted in 1978 from the Anglican Church of North America. In 1988, it had 200 parishes in the U.S. The web page is quite complete, and a good source for the history of The Anglican Communion. All the parishes are listed.  A site worth browsing.

Anglo Catholic Communion USA "The Anglican Catholic Communion USA is an Autocephalous (self governing), English Catholic Jurisdiction in the Anglican Old Catholic spiritual tradition. It is based in Florida and Georgia and has many and various types of ministries associated with it. The ACC-USA was originally organized in 1989 by four Independent Bishops from Roman Catholic, Orthodox, and Anglican backgrounds."

Anglican Church in America (ACA) "1991" A Province of the Traditional Anglican Communion. Great page. See their main menu for good links. In 1997 had 5,100 members and 196 clergy.
Anglican Church of North America They became independent of the Anglican Church of Canada starting in the 1930's.  Spread to the US, and fully organized at St. Louis in September, 1977.  Name at one time was North American Episcopal Church, changed in 1984 to The Anglican Church of North America. The Canadian branch claims to be the only non-Canterbury Anglican Church to be treated on an equal basis with Canterbury-aligned churches.
Anglican Churches of America & Associates Two parishes, one in AZ and one in CA. Headquarted in Mesa, AZ .  Jurisdiction formation: 1969. Episcopal Succession acquired in 1983. Low Church tradition.
Anglican Diocese of the South. Formed in 1982 from the Anglican Episcopal Church and the  Anglican Episcopal Church of North America. There is an Anglican Episcopal Diocese of the South and East, part of The Anglican Church, Inc. No info on the internet.
The Anglican Episcopal Church - West USA The Anglican Episcopal Church is a traditional, conservative, jurisdiction with "Low Church" parishes in California and Alaska.
 Anglican Evangelical Church USA
 Anglican Orthodox Church Founded in 1963.  Brought together many others.  By 1972 had 37 congregations. World-wide membership of about 100,000. From this body came the American Episcopal Church (1968) and the Anglican Episcopal Church of North America (1972)
Anglican Independent Communion. "We are an independent Anglican fellowship of six churches and seven missions. The Bible is the inspired Word of God, the 1928 Book of Common Prayer is our form of worship, and the 39 Articles of Religion defines our position on matters theological.
Anglican Mission in America ".....AMiA is the evolution of the work of First Promise and AACOM, and is dedicated to the creation of a new, orthodox province of the Anglican Communion on American shores..."The new province formed in 2000 by  the two "Singapore bishops" Chuck Murphy and Dr. John Rodgers.

Anglican Province of Christ the King (APCK) "The Province of Christ the King is an independent body of Episcopal Churches which was formed in 1978 to ensure the continuation of historic Anglican Christianity in America. "  Excellent, complete page.  The Province was the direct outcome of the historical St. Louis meeting where the document Affirmation of St. Louis was developed.  Once was called the Diocese of Christ the King.

Anglican Rite Synod in the Americas. (1989)    No web page Founded 1989. Similar to several other Anglican jurisdictions.  19 congregations (1997), 26 priests.
Association of Anglican Congregations on Missions (AACOM) "The Association of Anglican Congregations on Mission is an association of orthodox Anglican congregations fulfilling the Great Commission to reach and teach the lost, planting churches which will plant churches, and working to build a biblically orthodox Anglican Province in the United States of America."
The Communion of Evangelical Episcopal Churches (CEEC) Home Page   (CEEC - 1977) Founded in 1977 by seven bishops. The church is in communion with the American Old Catholic Church, and is a member of the Ecumenical Communion of Catholic And Apostolic Churches. "The Communion of Evangelical Episcopal Churches envisions a communion whose parishes are fully charismatic, fully evangelical, but also fully liturgical and fully sacramental.

Episcopal Synod of America (ESA) (1989)
"....ESA came into being in June 1989, during a special Synod, a meeting of over 2,000 Episcopalians brought together at the call of the bishops of the Evangelical and Catholic Mission. Laity and clergy from 85 of the 98 U.S. Dioceses of the Episcopal Church attended. In addition to the 22 Episcopal Church Bishops participating, there were nine Bishops from other provinces of the Anglican Communion present to show their support of the ESA. The Synod in Fort Worth established ESA as the "Church within the Episcopal Church......"
Episcopal Orthodox Church (EOCThe Episcopal Orthodox Christian Archdiocese of America was established in 1963. Originally  named Anglican Orthodox Church.  In 1967 the Orthodox Anglican Communion was instituted.
Evangelical Anglican Church IN America Founded 1993,. Welcomes all people, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, etc.
Evangelical Anglican Church OF America - Brea, CA

Independent Episcopal Church (Anglican Rite, Old Catholic Church)  Also known as the Independent Episcopal Church, was founded in 1987. Three clergy in a single parish in Phoenix. (as of 1990)  No web page
National Anglican Church  Small jurisdiction created in the late 1980s.  The bishop was consecrated by a bishop of the Evangelical Catholic Communion.
The Protestant Episcopal Reformed Church - Bolton, England  "....This jurisdiction was founded in 1922 by those members of the Church of England who desired to maintain the pre-Oxford Movement form of Anglicanism as established in 1559....."
Provisional Diocese of St. Augustine of Canterbury. Formed in 1978 by the former head of the American Church Union. Now defunct, 23 married priests were re-ordained as Roman priests, and five parishes were accepted by the Vatican
Reformed Episcopal Church (REC) Online  An old schism, founded 1873. 6,000 members in 1995
The Southern Episcopal Church Formed in 1953 in Nashville TN, its constitution was ratified in 1965.  In 1984, the church reported 72,000 members in 14 congregations.
Traditional Anglican Communion (TAC) (1992)  In Feb., 1992, the Anglican Catholic Church and the the Anglican Catholic Church of Canada (and related foreign churches) formed the Traditional Anglican Communion. It is a traditionalist counterpart of the jurisdictions in communion with the Church of England.
Traditional Church of England "The TCE is one of the original 'Continuing' Churches in England. It was formed in 1994, following the Church of England's Measure to allow the ordination of 'women-priests' and developed from the (much older) Movement for a Continuing Church of England, founded by Fr. L.J. Whiting, who was consecrated  the first Bishop of the TCE in December 1995....."
Traditional Episcopal Church (TEC) (1991)Founded in 1991, after some shifting around. The church reported 3890 members in 1998. "....The Traditional Episcopal Church was established by clergymen and laymen seeking to serve God, keeping traditional Episcopal faith and practices, in a non-political, spirit filled Christian environment. There is no political agenda. We are charged only to worship Him and be faithful...."   Uses the 1928 BCP.
The Traditional Protestant Episcopal ChurchFounded 1986, it has one diocese, the Missionary Diocese of the Advent.  Conservative Anglican. Great web site for a history of the various splinters from ECUSA.
United Anglican Church.Founded in the mid 1980s.  Three congregations in 1990
United Episcopal Church of America (defunct)Started in 1970 as an independent Anglican parish, it first affiliated with the American Episcopal Church. In 1976 it formed the United Episcopal Church of America, and in 1986 was superseded by the Traditional Protestant Episcopal Church
United Anglican Church. Merger of the Anglo-Catholic Church in the Americas and the Traditional Episcopal Church in 2001. It is entirely possible for a church to be in full communion with the Anglican Church without being in the Anglican Communion. It is also entirely possible for a church to be completely Anglican in heritage and origin, but for it not to be in communion with the See of Canterbury.
